Provider Program
Authority Network America operates the infrastructure behind a network of focused local and service-specific authority sites. Each site provides a clear path for homeowners to contact independent service providers directly. Participation is not based on advertising, subscriptions, or buying visibility. The network is structured around real customer contact events — moments when a homeowner actively reaches out for a specific type of work in a specific location.
How It Works
- A homeowner reaches one of the local Authority Network sites when they need a particular service in their area.
- The site presents a direct call or contact path for that service and location.
- When the homeowner makes contact, it is routed to a participating provider that performs that type of work in that area.
- The interaction is direct — you speak with the homeowner, assess the situation, and decide whether the work is a fit.
Each routed contact represents a homeowner intentionally seeking service at that time. There are no public rankings, auctions, or competitive dashboards. Routing is handled internally based on service category, geographic coverage, and responsiveness.
What This Is Not
- Not a marketplace. You do not compete in public providers or bidding systems.
- Not a franchise. You retain full independence. You set your own pricing, schedules, and service terms.
- Not an advertising platform. You cannot buy placement. You do not manage accounts, dashboards, or campaigns.
- Not a lead auction. Customer information is not sold to multiple bidders.
How Compensation Works
Authority Network America is compensated based on actual customer contact events, not on traffic volume, impressions, or advertising exposure. You are not paying for branding, placement, or visibility. Compensation is tied to real inbound customer contact routed through the network.
Rates are structured by service complexity in three tiers:
Standard Service
$45Per qualified customer contact. Routine service calls — maintenance, inspections, minor repairs, standard diagnostics.
Skilled Trade
$85Per qualified customer contact. Licensed trade work — plumbing, electrical, HVAC installation, system replacements, code-related work.
Specialty & Emergency
$155Per qualified customer contact. Emergency calls, specialty trade work, complex projects, multi-system jobs.
A qualified contact is a real homeowner with a verified service need in your area. Calls under 30 seconds, wrong numbers, spam, and calls outside your service area are not billable. If a call's qualification is unclear, we side with the provider.
Contractor Standards
All participating providers agree to five principles as a condition of participation:
- Professionalism. Maintain professional conduct in all customer interactions. Arrive on time, communicate clearly, present yourself honestly.
- Accuracy. Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and scope descriptions. Do not misrepresent qualifications or capabilities.
- Respect. Treat every customer with respect regardless of project size. Respond promptly and handle disagreements constructively.
- Clarity. Provide written agreements that state scope, pricing, payment terms, and warranty conditions before work begins.
- Accountability. Stand behind your work. Address complaints and warranty claims promptly. If a mistake is made, take responsibility and make it right.
Standards Badge
Participating providers can display the Contractor Standards badge on their own website and business materials. The badge signals to customers that your business has committed to a published set of professional conduct standards.
The badge is for use on your website, proposals, and marketing materials. It links back to contractorstandards.org so customers can review the standards you've committed to.
