How we work

Our standard project intake follows our contract standards. Every project begins with a written scope-of-work document and a detailed price including a payment schedule keyed to milestones. We do not collect deposits exceeding 10% of the contract price or $1,000 (Florida statute). We pull every permit our work requires in the customer's name, schedule the inspections, and keep our customer in the inspection loop. Change orders are signed in writing before any change in scope or price.

We will provide three references from completed projects in the last 12 months on request. We do not publish customer names or addresses without their explicit permission.
