Why this pricing is fair

Three tiers based on typical job value. Simple to understand, simple to track.

A $45 call for a cleaning or handyman job is roughly 15–30% of a single job — but many of those calls convert to recurring service relationships worth thousands per year. An $85 call for a skilled trade repair is under 25% of the typical job. And a $150 call for a major installation or emergency is 1–3% of what you'll earn on the work. Comparable exclusive-call services charge $200–$750 for the same Premium-tier calls.

There are no hidden costs layered on top. You keep 100% of the work you book. There's no percentage of the job, no monthly platform fee, no "premium placement" upsell. The call fee is the entire cost.

No contracts. No minimums. No exclusivity. You can participate in one service category or several. You can pause at any time. You can cancel at any time. There's no penalty, no early termination fee, and no obligation to accept any particular call.

What counts as a qualified call

A qualified call is a real inbound call from a customer with legitimate service intent. You are paying for the connection — not a guaranteed sale. Specifically, a call qualifies when:

A qualified call confirms that a real customer with real intent reached you through the network. Whether the call converts to a booked job depends on your conversation, your pricing, and your availability — the same as any other inbound inquiry. The call fee covers the connection. What you do with it is up to you.

What does NOT count as a qualified call

The default rule: If a call's qualification is unclear, we side with the provider. Every call is recorded and available for review. If you believe a call was incorrectly marked as qualified, you can dispute it and we'll review the recording together.
